Our Project Manager is key to the construction phase of your project and will work with you from the time your designs are submitted to Council. Our Project Manager is highly skilled and experienced in keeping Hospital fit-outs on time, to schedule and on budget. Our Project Manager handles ordering and delivery of all materials, and works hand-in-hand with the Site Manager, to co-ordinate a team of tradespeople working on your job. We use a tracking and management system to ensure clear lines of communication, responsibility and accountability at all stages in the project.
