Hospital Fitout Group was engaged to complete a complete fitout for a new cardiology practice. This project demonstrates Hospital Fitout Group’s capabilities to manage complete medical and hospital construction projects, including all trades contractors.
The scope of works included project management for plumbing, data and electrical, paint, flooring, and shop fittings. Hospital Fitout Group’s Project Manager coordinated the project spanning planning, contracting, and construction activities. Prior to commencement, all contractor licences and White Cards were verified by the Hospital Fitout Group Project Team. To ensure WH&S and environmental management compliance, the Site Manager implemented site induction programs for contractors, and daily toolbox talks to update contractors on WH&S issues.
