In addition to a standard hospital ward fit out, the COVID-19 Isolation Ward required the installation of several unique safety features:
- Viewing panels and windows to each room for observation of patients
- Airtight features and fixings including full containment on doors, windows and ceiling joins
- An airlock for staff to transition between the main hospital the isolation Room, which included a preparation area with sterilisation facilities
- Worked with the hospital technicians for the installation of a HEPA filtered air system for a full containment zone
